In my family and work place there seems to be a limit of ‘smoothness’. 

Nothing ever gets done in the long run unless it’s smooth. 

If there are hiccups, chances are it won’t happen.

Who we ask to do something really depends on smoothness. 

How easily can we do it? How much will someone charge to have it done, how easily can we get them to do what we want?

What are the other benefits or the opportunity cost doing it? Or of asking this person?

What goals do we set?
